BROWNSBURG, Ind. (July 27, 2026) – Rico Abreu and Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing put up big numbers in their Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing slate through Pennsylvania and New York, and although they concluded the five-race stretch without a victory, the team out of Brownsburg, Indiana, did the next best thing.
Rico, powering the Carquest, Curb Records, Sugarbee Apples, Waste Connections, Arc Zone, Martin One Source, and Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts No. 24 sprinter, earned three top-tens in his five-race campaign, all of which highlighted with a runner-up score – a near-victory – in Lernerville Speedway’s annual Silver Cup on Wednesday, July 22. In fact, Abreu, the reigning High Limit Racing national champion, led most of the $25,000-to-win main event, only to lose the lead to Corey Day in the final circuits.
In addition, Rico finished fifth in High Limit Racing’s debut at Stateline Speedway in Busti, New York, on Friday, July 24, and seventh in Port Royal Speedway’s Greg Hodnett Classic on Saturday, July 25. With all results considered, even an unfortunate 23rd-place outcome in Port Royal’s $100,000-to-win Bob Weikert Memorial finale on July 26, Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing remains in control of the High Limit Racing national championship standings, holding down a mere nine-point advantage over Ridge & Sons Racing.

Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing will continue their 2026 campaign with a visit to Knoxville Raceway in Iowa on August 1st.
