BROWNSBURG, Ind. (June 8, 2026) – St. Helena, California’s Rico Abreu translated four High Limit Racing starts into four consecutive top-ten appearances, finishing no worse than seventh with the week’s highlight a fourth-place outcome at Dacotah Speedway in Mandan, North Dakota, on Saturday, June 6.

Rico, who is currently second in the High Limit Racing national championship standings with only 13 points separating himself from the top spot, launched his recent stretch with a fifth-place performance at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa, on Monday, June 1. From there, the ace of Tony Stewart’s Carquest, Curb Records, Sugarbee Apples, Waste Connections, Arc Zone, Martin One Source, and Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts No. 24 sprinter finished seventh at Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, Wisconsin, on June 3, and sixth at Gondik Law Speedway in Superior, Wisconsin, on June 4. Rico’s stretch would eventually conclude with the aforementioned visit to Dacotah – a first-ever stop for High Limit, as well as a first-ever North Dakota appearance for the Series altogether.

As noted, Rico, the reigning High Limit Racing champion, is currently second in the title chase, padded by two victories on the season, as well as a combined 17 top-ten appearances. Rico’s victory lane visits occurred at Central Arizona Raceway and Lawrenceburg Speedway.
